Six LHS grads inducted into National Business Honor Society

LINCOLN – Lincoln High School graduates were inducted into the school’s National Business Honor Society, signifying a “lifelong commitment to seek to grow in personality, professionalism, and character.”

According to a release, six LHS graduates, Lindsay Doire, Connor Sheehan, Julia Germani, Margaux Bessette, Matthew Mardo and Thomas Beauchemin were inducted into the group on May 29.

During the academic year, with the help of faculty advisers Cheryl Murray and Robert O’Byck, each of the students excelled in business classes and business-related activities in the community, the release stated.

The organization aims “to promote and recognize academic achievement at the secondary level, foster and recognize leadership skills and character development, help members grow ethically and socially by promoting and encouraging an interest in business, and encourage member involvement in service learning initiatives.”
