Glocester libraries offer Adult Summer Reading programs

GLOCESTER – Registration for the Adult Summer Reading programs at the Glocester libraries – the Harmony Library and the Glocester Manton Library – is ongoing online at .

In June, the programs include:

• History of the Civilian Conservation Corps Camps, Monday, June 19, 6 p.m., Harmony Library

• Garden Pests and Diseases, June 21, 6 p.m., Glocester Manton Library

• Glocester Libraries’ Walking Club, June 28, first walk 8 a.m. at Acotes Hill Cemetery

A new feature of this year’s summer program is a Summer Drawing Challenge. Participants will draw 30 drawings from a list of 51 prompts during the 93 days of summer.

The libraries’ traditional reading raffle continues with five raffles throughout the summer.
