He enjoyed classic and antique cars and tractors, and was a fan of NASCAR, the Boston Bruins, Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots.

He is survived by his former wife, Claire (Bissonnette) Boudreault, his four children Ellen R. Puccetti and her husband, Steven, of North Smithfield, Jennifer A. Roberts and her husband, David, of Burrillville, Elizabeth W. Dulude and her husband, Paul, of Burrillville, Clayton E. Wright and his wife, Amanda, of North Smithfield. He was also survived by two cherished great-grandchildren, Lydia and Jude Brong. He also leaves behind several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his only sibling, Richard G. Wright.
