Scituate Middle School to host Career Awareness Program Jan. 25

SCITUATE – Scituate Middle School will host its sixth cluster-based Career Awareness Program for 8th-graders on Friday, Jan. 25, with a scheduled snow date of Feb. 1.

The program is coordinated by Linda Silva, school-based coordinator, and Kristin Albertella and John Haas, both school guidance counselors.

Based on students’ career interest surveys, there will be 10 career clusters represented. They include agriculture, food, natural resources; architecture and construction; arts, business, engineering, health science, hospitality, human services, information technology, and law.

Students will attend three sessions based on their personal top three cluster choices.
