Pawtucket police say man missing and in danger

PAWTUCKET – Steven Baena, a 31-year-old man from Pawtucket, was reported missing to Pawtucket police on Jan. 10 after he failed to return to an assisted living facility. He may appear confused and disoriented and is known to frequent the Pawtucket Library, Thayer Street in Providence, and the Providence and Warwick Malls. Police consider him to be in danger.

Staff was only able to provide the attached picture and say Baena is currently about 40 pounds lighter than depicted in the photo.

Baena is Hispanic, standing about five feet, eight inches tall and 215 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address was 351 Benefit St.
