Town of Scituate / Zoning TOWN OF SCITUATE PLAN COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PRELIMINARY PLAN REVIEW UNDER THE LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOUSING ACT Notice is hereby given pursuant to RIGL 45-53 the Low and Moderate Income Housing Act and the Scituate Subdivision and Land Development Regulations that a Public Hearing will be held at the time, date and place indicated below for the purpose of presenting and discussing a Comprehensive Permit Application Preliminary Plan, for construction of 18 residential condominium units, and to provide the public the opportunity to comment on the proposed project.
